Meet Ian McPherson

Born in Knoxville, TN, Ian is not only a world traveler but a world resident, having crossed both the U.S. to live and work in San Diego, CA and oceans to build businesses in both China and Macau. And then, as so many stories begin, Ian and his wife, Sayaka, visited Costa Rica for the first time. They came to see a friend and left with a love for the pura vida lifestyle and a mission.

 

Ian has been involved in real estate in one way or another most of his adult life. From building homes in Las Vegas to working on sets for Cirque Du Soleil, he saw an amazing opportunity to build he and Sayaka's life in Costa Rica. Ian’s passion for real estate is all-encompassing, and in addition to being a successful luxury NAR members, he also owns and operates a luxury construction and real estate development company. His specialty: Providing his clients with insider info on construction quality, paired with an ability to envision possible modifications.
