Meet Johanna Sachs

Johanna Sachs lights up a room. Within the first few sentences of a conversation, people instantly know her as a kind soul with a fiery personality that makes her a winner and most often a lifelong friend. Johanna was born and raised in San Jose, Costa Rica, and left for the coast for a career in hospitality. Working at one of the top five-star hotels in Central America, Johanna learned the value of amazing customer service and a strong work ethic. As a side job, Johanna became a showing assistant at the local Re/max brokerage and began to find her love of real estate. Johanna quickly became interested in learning about development and investment property in Northwest Costa Rica.

 

In 2009, Johanna made a big move with her daughter to Colorado. Going from the crystal clear coast to an October blizzard, quite a shock!

 

Married to a real estate broker, owner, and national real estate speaker, her interest in real estate became stronger, and she entered the world of institutional property management. Johanna started as the Director of Concierge Services, helping investors throughout the nation set up concierge services at multi-family properties. Her experience, focus on impeccable customer service, and work ethic landed her as a Regional Portfolio Manager for a large property management firm. Johanna worked directly with multi-family and single-family home investors to drive the most profit possible, while creating a great living environment for the residents. As a natural evolution, Johanna wanted to take her experience of seven years in the investment side of real estate and become an NAR member, helping individuals buy and sell homes. Johanna's knowledge of real estate investment and her experiences in hospitality and social media marketing make her the perfect real estate partner.
